I thought I would drop you a line to express my sincere appreciation for assigning Carl and Eric to our project. They are surely your “A” team. I have done hundreds of projects with GC’s as both an architect and thru Beaux-Arts and I felt throughout the entire construction process they were doing everything in their control to get my project finished on time and with minimum problems. Carl would discuss events and situations with me almost every day to obtain approval, clarifications or recommendations and immediately follow it up with emails and status reports. He was truly on our team and I felt relieved that he was watching our back.
I thank you and the whole Rubicon team for helping build such a great space for our company for which we will enjoy for years to come. When I can complete a project and truly call the construction team great friends due to the relationship built during the short time it took to construct, then that is the best part of our profession.

I am writing to let you know how much I personally appreciated Neil Habershaw’s help and expertise with the build out of Rivergate Towers Suite #1975. Neil is certainly a valued member of your team, and I truly appreciated all his contributions. I was PM of this whole move project for Phoenix Marketing International and I know absolutely nothing about building construction, floor cores or furniture whips. With Neil’s consistent patience and professional manner he helped me to understand what needed done and when and was a true Godsend to me throughout this whole project. The time, effort and pride Neil put into this project really shows and I have been satisfied with every step of the process. Our new office suite is gorgeous and everyone loves it!
